To make a claim under the Standard Warranty you will need to:
- Fill up the form accordingly. Enter “NA” in data fields that do not apply to your claim, such as Serial No.
- Describe the issue you are facing with the product in detail.
- Attach a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. bill of sale, invoice or purchase receipt) and supporting media of the issue (video or photo).
- Warranty claim only applies to products purchased from our Authorised Dealers.
