To make a claim under the Standard Warranty you will need to:

  1. Fill up the form accordingly. Enter “NA” in data fields that do not apply to your claim, such as Serial No.
  2. Describe the issue you are facing with the product in detail.
  3. Attach a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. bill of sale, invoice or purchase receipt) and supporting media of the issue (video or photo).
  4. Warranty claim only applies to products purchased from our Authorised Dealers.
